CarpoNovum is a registered manufacturer in the UK

We are happy to announce that we have an AR in the UK!​

CarpoNovum AB is a registered manufacturer in the UK. This means that we are introducing our innovative anastomotic device on the Great Britain Market.​

The registration is made through the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, MHRA.​

We are currently building a clinical study program with prominent centers in the UK. If you are based in the UK and interested in learning more about our devices, participating in clinical studies, becoming a certified surgeon or other collaboration – Let us know!

Updated Advisory Board

As of November 2022, CarpoNovum AB has added further clinical and surgical expertise to our Advisory Board.​

The Clinical and Surgical Advisory Board members have experience and training from Karolinska in Stockholm, Odense University Hospital, St. Mark's Hospital in London, University Hospital of Leuven, Hôpital Cantonal in Geneva and Norrland University Hospital, among others. ​

Our Advisory Board members will be of great importance for product development, especially in close collaboration with new and ongoing clinical studies.​

Pär-Ola Larsson new CEO of CarpoNovum

The board of directors have appointed Pär-Ola Larsson as new CEO of CarpoNovum, starting in April 2022.

Pär-Ola has a long experience working with Healtcare and Medical Service, both in Sweden and internationally. He has studied economics and marketing at the School of Economics in Gothenburg University, and holds an EMBA from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He also has more than 15 years of experience from Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson, doing business development, marketing and sales, and working close to different stapling techniques. Pär-Olas most recent position was head of Marketing and Sales at XVIVO Perfusion AB.
